These Terms & Conditions govern participation in online auctions hosted by Nottingham Panthers Auctions. By registering for an account or placing a bid, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to register and place bids.
1.2 By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
1.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
2.1 Bidders must create an account to participate.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
2.3 Any bids placed using your account will be treated as binding.
3.1 All bids are legally binding offers to purchase the item.
3.2 Bids cannot be withdrawn once placed.
3.3 Each auction will display a current highest bid and minimum bid increment.
3.4 The highest valid bid at the time the auction closes will be deemed the winning bid.
3.5 We reserve the right to cancel bids suspected to be fraudulent, automated, or in breach of these terms.
4.1 Auctions close at the time displayed on the website.
4.2 If a bid is placed within the final minutes of an auction, the closing time may be automatically extended to allow fair bidding.
4.3 The decision of the auction system regarding closing times and bid validity is final.
5.1 Winning bidders will be notified by email.
5.2 Payment must be made within 48 hours of auction close unless otherwise stated.
5.3 If payment is not received within this timeframe, we reserve the right to:
Cancel the sale
Offer the item to the next highest bidder
Suspend or terminate the bidder’s account
5.4 All payments must be made using the payment methods provided on the website.
6.1 Items are described to the best of our knowledge.
6.2 “Game-worn” items may show signs of wear consistent with professional use.
6.3 All images are for illustrative purposes and may not reflect minor variations.
6.4 All items are sold as seen and are non-refundable except where required by law.
7.1 Items described as game-worn or signed will be supplied with official authentication where stated.
7.2 Authentication documentation will be included with the item upon dispatch.
8.1 Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
8.2 We aim to dispatch items within a reasonable timeframe after payment is received.
8.3 Risk passes to the buyer upon confirmed delivery.
8.4 International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
9.1 Bids cannot be cancelled once placed.
9.2 Winning bids are final and binding.
9.3 Refunds will only be issued where required under UK consumer protection law.
10.1 We shall not be liable for:
Technical issues affecting bidding
Internet connectivity failures
Delays outside our reasonable control

11.1 Any attempt to manipulate auctions, artificially inflate bids, or use automated systems is strictly prohibited.
11.2 We reserve the right to cancel bids and permanently ban users engaging in such behaviour.

12.2 By participating in auctions, you consent to receiving transactional communications.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
13.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14.1 We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.
