These Terms & Conditions govern participation in online auctions, raffles, prize competitions, prize draws, and related promotions hosted by Nottingham Panthers. By registering for an account, placing a bid, or purchasing raffle tickets or competition entries, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to register, place bids, or purchase raffle tickets or competition entries.
1.2 By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
1.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
2.1 Participants may be required to create an account to participate in auctions, raffles, prize competitions, or other promotions.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
2.3 Any bids, purchases, or entries made using your account will be treated as binding.
3.1 All bids are legally binding offers to purchase the item.
3.2 Bids cannot be withdrawn once placed.
3.3 Each auction will display a current highest bid and minimum bid increment where applicable.
3.4 The highest valid bid at the time the auction closes will be deemed the winning bid.
3.5 We reserve the right to cancel bids suspected to be fraudulent, automated, or in breach of these terms.
4.1 Auctions close at the time displayed on the website.
4.2 If a bid is placed within the final minutes of an auction, the closing time may be automatically extended to allow fair bidding.
4.3 The decision of the auction system regarding closing times and bid validity is final.
5.1 Although the word “raffle” may be used on the website for ease of understanding, our raffles are operated as prize competitions. Each entrant is required to answer a multiple-choice question correctly in order to qualify for entry.
5.2 Raffle tickets and prize competition entries may be purchased through the website.
5.3 Entry fees are non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.
5.4 Only valid entries that meet the entry requirements, including correctly answering the relevant question where required, will be included in the draw or winner selection process.
5.5 Winners will be selected using the method described on the relevant raffle or prize competition page.
5.6 Winners will be notified using the contact details provided during entry.
5.7 If a winner cannot be contacted within 60 days, the prize will be considered unwanted and will become the property of the club.
5.8 Unless otherwise stated, prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives.
6.1 Winning auction bidders will be notified by email.
6.2 Payment must be made within 48 hours of auction close unless otherwise stated.
6.3 If payment is not received within this timeframe, we reserve the right to:
Cancel the sale
Offer the item to the next highest bidder
Suspend or terminate the bidder’s account
6.4 All payments must be made using the payment methods provided on the website.
7.1 Items and prizes are described to the best of our knowledge.
7.2 “Game-worn” items may show signs of wear consistent with professional use.
7.3 All images are for illustrative purposes and may not reflect minor variations.
7.4 All items and prizes are provided as described and are non-refundable except where required by law.
8.1 Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
8.2 We aim to dispatch items and prizes within a reasonable timeframe after payment or winner verification is completed.
8.3 Risk passes to the recipient upon confirmed delivery.
8.4 International recipients are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
9.1 Auction bids cannot be cancelled once placed.
9.2 Winning auction bids are final and binding.
9.3 Raffle ticket purchases and prize competition entries cannot be cancelled once submitted.

Internet connectivity failures
Delays outside our reasonable control
10.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant in relation to the relevant auction, raffle, or prize competition.
11.1 Any attempt to manipulate auctions, prize competitions, raffle draws, artificially inflate bids, submit fraudulent entries, or use automated systems is strictly prohibited.
11.2 We reserve the right to cancel bids, void entries, withhold prizes, and permanently ban users engaging in such behaviour.
12.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12.2 By participating in auctions, raffles, or prize competitions, you consent to receiving transactional communications relating to your participation.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
13.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14.1 We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.
