All items and prizes purchased, won, or acquired through Nottingham Panthers competitions, including live auctions and raffles, are subject to the terms outlined below.
All winning auction bids are final and legally binding. For raffle prizes, entry fees are non-refundable once tickets have been purchased and the entry has been confirmed.
Once payment has been completed, or a raffle entry has been successfully submitted, the transaction is considered final.

If an item is materially misdescribed or arrives damaged due to courier negligence, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate the issue.
If your item or prize is damaged in transit:
We will assess claims on a case-by-case basis in line with courier insurance policies.
Where a prize is awarded through a raffle or competition draw, the winner must respond within the timeframe specified by Nottingham Panthers. Failure to respond may result in an alternative winner being selected where permitted by the competition terms.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel transactions, void entries, disqualify participants, or restrict accounts where misuse, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or repeated disputes occur.
